upload your photo(s) to a hosting website like imgbb or catbox (DONT use discord, the image will expire within days or hours)
get the direct link to the image, not the page link, and paste it into the little Add Image box on the bulletin/blog menu
i recommend making images 1000px or smaller because otherwise they take longer to load
on imgbb, after you select an image to upload but before you upload it, select the image and it will pull up a window where you can name the image and change the size! ^_^
