backrooms

i love the backrooms so much it's literally so interesting and the fandom is so cool and talented!! I want to meet more people into that genre of media. like i'm not into creepy pastas like that but when you add that to liminal spaces and lore... it's like a fantasy playground!!

i love the backrooms wikidot forum because it has so much good writers and lore. the platform itself is cool as well! its sort of like a community oc forum where people get submit their own levels and entities. the backrooms as a concept is so versatile that any story you can come up with is inherited canon. I highly recommend if you like reading other people's creations and if you like being in a community in writing new lore and stories for the backrooms. 

currently my favorite levels are 5.1, 11, 14, 69, 73, and 152. level 152 is my absolute favorite level of all time on wikidot. the coding... the lore.... the LEVEL.... the CHARACTERS!1! my jaw dropped when I saw it. it is absolutely the best level made in wikidot and I stand by it. my favorite entities are the gentleman of level 5, the comedian, and party poopers.

I see a lot of people say that it's been ruined by people adding things and the backrooms was good when it was only that one picture, but I beg to differ. I think the fact that writers and artists are coming together to create new stories and concepts based off of one picture of a creepy looking space is so cool! some of it can get much but the community is talented and the stories can be fleshed out and interesting when you find the right level to read up on.
