Today

Today I went to the library with my parents. I got a book, Beloved by Toni Morrison. I'd been wanting to get it for a while, and now I finally got to borrow it. Then they took me to a bookstore. The thing is, it takes me a long time. I'm a very slow person when it comes to choosing books, so I spent a solid 20 minutes looking at the same shelves from top to bottom xd, and my parents were staring at me. It's so weird. I feel pressured to do it quickly. But in the end, I got the Jane Eyre book, so it was all good.

But it's nice to be able to see each book. Plus, they were all very old books, the editions and all that, so it all feels very magical, in a way. It's a very beautiful place. Everything feels very cozy among so many books. I wish I could live like that. /_ \

I haven't seen many people talking about Beloved, so I'd love to see more opinions on it, but I know Toni Morrison is a great author, so I'll share my thoughts later. :P
