 Is a local food truck that I have recently started going to whenever I've got the money to splurge on a nice lunch. I've tried a few different foods from them, and I have loved everything. So far my favorite item is their Birria Ramen. Today I went with some of the birria tacos, and I am already daydreaming about the next time I can get something from them. The flavors they pack into their meat seasoning and sauce is so well balanced, nothing is overpowering. It's also just so filling and satisfying. 

I'm actually really glad that my area is starting to get more diverse and interesting foods, beyond the basic fast foods we had. Didn't even really have a lot of mom and pop comfort food places left either. I think there's one family own diner left. But I'm just glad to have like real options when I want something that I didn't make.
