Dumbphones!! Questions

Hello!!

I have a friend that is looking for a cheap-ish dumbphone that could support Whatsapp for easier communication purposes w family and stuff. Not to buy directly from one of you lol, but to know WHERE to buy it, and if you have any recs (or if that's even a thing). They narrowed it down to Kyocera kyf31 and sharp Aquos SH-01J, so similar to those would be nice
