kill the current c standards

kill in the sense of replacing them with one not designed by the ISO, and kill in the sense of the people who let it get worse (for legal reasons, this is a joke)

get rid of the stupid ambiguity in syntax and implementation.

get rid of undefined behaviour while we're at it.

might as well replace it with something like plan 9's c implementation.
