think my old janitors a pedo

BTW these are just things i've heard from close friends. I cant confirm or deny but these my friends witnessed and I trust them a lot

so basically, I just got out of Jr high (my schools weird we do elementary, middle school, junior high, and high school) and there was this one janitor. a lot of the teachers liked him and I saw a lot of them like being nice, but theres so many stories and imma tell them.

1. Last year one of my friends, we'll call em ren, did orchestra. He and another person I know, we'll call her Kassy, were in that class together. anyway, one day they're just dancing around, messing around cause its a free day (as kids due. mind you we're all like 13-14 at this time) when the main janitor comes up behind Kassy while she was dancing and said and I quote "you have a really nice body" he then proceeded to kinda just linger behind a bunch of other girls to. this is super creepy and gross and when I heard about it I felt horrible

2. My friend, we'll call her Jill, had this drama thing. it was at the junior high and all the drama kids were there. but so was the janitor. behind the stage though, the people not performing were sitting down chilling for a minute when this janitor goes to a girl and compliments her chest. he then proceeded to do kinda the same thing to others, lingering around. mind you, they were in like tank tops and shorts cause of quick changes that they had to do BACK THERE! and he just stayed back there. (I don't know when this was but we-re all around the age 13-15 in my school)

3. my friend, We'll say Aki, and her friends all like to kinda sinch up their shirts a little just so they aren't as loose. not a big difference just so they fit more comfortably. and every time they walk by this janitor, he just kinda stares. he does this a lot. he'll go into classrooms to fix things then just stares at certain girls and doesn't really do his job. its super creepy and uncomfy. he's done it in my classroom before to and many of my friends

the horrible thing is, there's no solid proof/evidence. at least from me. I cant report any of it cause I wasn't really there for any of it. he's a super big creep though and I hate him. I stopped clapping for him whenever they thank him and just kinda glare. me and my friends all do this because I'm like 99% sure he's a creep. idk why he's still at that school. I'm just glad I'm leaving, but I hope that either they'll realize before it escalates and fire him, or that maybe I'm wrong and just paranoid. I'm pretty sure I'm right though
