give me horror movies i should watch

I really need some actually good and disturbing horror movies to watch. If ya'll wanna list some in the comments, please do! I'm very into lost/found footage, gore and japanese horror. If y'all know anything similar to the japanese version of The Grudge, The Blair Witch Project (1999), August Underground or Salo Or Sodom's 120 Days, please give me some good recommendations ;-;!!
