Hello, everyone! Historically, I have been very bad at journal keeping... but maybe it'll be easier if I do it in a digital format?

For the holiday, the restaurant I work at was only open from 10:30-4, rather than 6-10. I was scheduled 12-2 for rush. I got there, worked for 20 minutes, and was then told to go home, as we were so slow and my shift was only two hours anyway. They didn't have to tell me twice! Plus, I still got my free meal. Best day of work ever.

I had a package of cat stuff waiting for me when I got home, because we're getting a kitty pretty soon... could be as soon as tomorrow! We'll have to wait and see...
