how do people make good music

(i kind of got inspired for this post by another one i saw)

i love listening to music, all kinds, my playlists range from rap through indie bands to metal. i truly like everything. so thinking of that, making a song shouldnt be hard for me. but no matter how many times i try, i cant get the lyrics right, or the chord doesnt sound right. and i thought maybe its because im trying to play this on guitar, which i only started learning in december, so i tried on apps such as garageband or bandlab. i still cant get anything right. even finished songs ive written, they just dont sound the way i want them to. and i wish i could make music :(
