Ocean art

I think that the ocean is art, like, art is all that you consider that is art, No? 

What does a painting, drawing or anything need to be considered art? Nothing is art if you don't like it, anyone can born being an artist, i am a artist because i consider me a artist, not because someone says so, I am an artist, because i like to paint, if someone says that my paints are ugly, i don't care 'bout that 'cause i paint that i want to paint.
