what do I do....

so like a week ago my school saw the cuts on my leg and called me into the nurse. I told her that they were just cat scratches (they weren't) and she told my mom and dad. my mom and dad sat me down and asked about them. I told them they they were just from Coco (my cat) and they asked me to SHOW THEM. SHOW THEM THE CUTS ON MY LEG. obviously I couldn't so I told them that I wouldn't. some context my dads sister died from su1s!de and my moms sister used to cvt herself. so my mom knows that selfh@rm looks like. when my dad left the room (because I have having a mental break down) I I told my mom that if I showed her the ones on my arm would she not talk about this again. she said yes but then a week after I had to show her ones on my leg. I aggreeded and showed her the ones on my arm. she said that I was good and let me leave. now flowered to today my mom made me clean my room and when I was done she checked it then told me that she set up a doctor's appointment for the cuts on my leg. I asked her why and she said that I never showed her the cuts this week. and I had a mental break down (for the fourth time today, all of them were because of my parents) so now I have to go to the doctors office and show them the cuts. (they are practically healed but not all the way) what do I do? please give me advide on this.
