Could have done WITHOUT setting off the fire alarm but hey, convection stove is powerful. At least I know the chicken was cooked through, I guess 

Will flip the chicken at 3-minute intervals to prevent burning next time. Still good chicken. Little heavy on the parmesan cheese but I wanted to finish the little bit we had. Not complaining personally, might overwhelm other guests.

Should use fresh garlic and parsley next time too. Maybe a side of lemon veggies too, was too lazy to add them today.
