I think I might have an ED(eating disorder)

Hey, soo I think I might have an eating disorder(ARFID specifically) but my parents think I'm just a picky eater!! Food just generally disinterests me, and I don't really like to eat. I don't have any issues with my body tho, so I might just be making it all up. Any thoughts???
