some of my favorite songs

#1 teardrop - massive attack | more of an classic for me. while “angel” by them is still getting really popular again, teardrop is one of the first songs by massive attack I’ve heard like I was around 9-8 or something. I forgot where I first even seen the mezzanine album but it’s one of those “fuzzy” memories or something. I believe there’s a kind of eerie but comforting aspect of this song cause it’s when Elizabeth Fraser (the singer) first heard of the death of Jeff Buckley while recording it. What a perfect voice she has, I like this song more then anyone could actually know.

#2 suicide song & humiliation - yonlu | I think it’s.. self explanatory. I think yonlu is one of those people you just think about and get that kind of crushing feeling in your chest. I found his music (2 years back) during some spree of listening specifically to Brazilian music cause I was a huge fan of the band “los hermanos”. #4 bound - masks of canaan | these are one of these “mysterious” bands that have only released one album and fell off the face of earth. I don’t know how I found them either but I was attracted to that kind of weird and offputting distorted sound they have.  Once while I was looking through some YouTube comments with someone saying they somehow got a cassette tape containing some of their tracks. It feels like the alternate version of “nick drake’s” music. Or I don’t know though I’m probably wrong about that. anyways thanks (if anyone is actually seeing this) for reading
