people are just kinda...people

I don't think bad people really exist. I mean, sure, there are things people have done that are simply irredeemable, but those people in reality are few and far between. I have a father who in full honesty to be blunt, was a very shitty person, but he's not a bad person. life was hard for a while, and it took the threat of divorce, and being very close to going through with it for him to realize he was a shitty person, but that doesn't discredit any progress that he has made. You can't judge people by how bad of a person they are till they die, cause the fact that my dad changed means he always could change, and so can everyone else. My dad is a good person.

I don't really use TikTok anymore cause I kept seeing people either complain about gen alpha, or say that they are actually our future, and all of them should be cherished, but I think that everyone part of this argument is fucking stupid. People are always gonna hate the generation after them, cause that generation is full of young people who are discovering the world, and going through awkward changes that seem cringey. Making fun of gen alpha is the gen Z equivalent of beiber bashing. It's stupid though BECAUSE WHY CANT WE JUST TREAT THEM LIKE HUMANS?!?! Do you think cavemen did this? Do you think that people in the 1500's treated the next generation as lesser just because they're growing? No! It's a really stupid thing to do, but I think it's a perfect example of how we have progressed a LOT as a society, but still have a long way to go.

Everyone is just a person. No one is lesser than anyone else. We need our starving artists, journalists, blue collor workers, white collar workers, gardeners, farmers, government workers, writers, and everything else in between. we need everyone in all facits of life to truly make the world go round. we need people following their dreams, and starting families, and working for a better life. cause its all an ecosystem.

Another thing I'd like to add is that bullies aren't necessarily bad people either. It's not in our nature to bully or act irrationally; it's our nature to survive. I think that if someone feels that they need to be an asshole to survive, then that's really sad. all I want to do is just get it through them that they can be good people and make a change, and that they arent alone. It has to be so utterly sad to live in a constant state of hate. I feel bad for people as a whole in this regard. I feel bad for bullys and assholes, but also the people who are bullied. It's very conflicting.

Being a good person is hard. You don't always get to see the change or know you even made one after helping someone, but you've gotta. It's like how people in the 1500's would start building these huge temples/buildings/monuments even though they would die before they got to see the finished product, cause it would take generations to finish it. They still did it though, cause every brick laid was gonna make it easier for the next generation to finish the building. Humanity is our building, and you can either crush it down or build it up so that it's easier for the next people that come along.

id like to leave this on an even more positive note than this entire blog entry, which is that even though everything seems doomed, it will be okay. as a society we've been through really shitty things, but we have prevailed. think about the 1960's, that must've been fucking insane to live through! so much bad shit happened, BUT WE ARE STILL HERE!

I live on a farm, and our main milk cow got sick. we were all freaking the fuck out cause we didn't know what was going on, and we ran some tests and shit, and it turned out there was just shit in the drinking water. All we had to do was dump the water and refill it.

even though things seem really bad, its all just shit in the water. We have millions of people working on it, and we'll be fine. We've prevailed as a species before, and we will most definitely do it again.
