rambling, handcraft and music collection dump

ok i have no idea what category this is gonna be lol

anywayyyyy hi i finally post new stuff in like a year??? and i have some good news i guess

so during the time when i kinda disappear, i've been prepareing for college admission, for the past few months i've been through some suffocating exams and endless portfolio hell

and 2 weeks ago, i finally got into my DREAM COLLEGE *clap for myself* 

so im gonna be an animation student very soon, and for now i think i should sit down and start writing something again, tho im really bad at writing and i rarely do this

i dont have much so talk abt my study process or my portfilo so i'll share other more interesting things

while i was studying some boring shit i did a lot of things like coding (here's my personal website i've been working on), crafting, and getting into more bands just to find some excuse not to study math, and i wanna share some of the stuff

well i'll just show (off) my collections first

i think im really into dream theater at this point

their lastest album parasomnia is reallllllly great (the only thing i hate is probably the ai generated cover) 

months ago (like when im studying for exams) i heard nightwish, nemo was the first song and i just fell in love with their songs right away, i got the album once and i wanna get oceanborn and dark passion play too

lately i also listen to ice nine kills and a7x a lot (im literally listening waking the fallen when im writing this) hope i can get some albums of them if the record store nearby have them

i also have a couple of vinyls but im kinda lazy to take the pics so u can check my collection page to see them

 

the first band shirt i get! i found it at a thrift store and it is really good, iron maiden is the first band that got me into metal so it means a lot to me

 

i wanted to get awake too but they dont have my size :( 

decided to get a train of thought shirt as a prize for myself finshing a big exam cuz the album is my fav too 

fun fact abt this shirt when i was in an art camp i met a goth girl, i told her that i like her outfit, she said thanks then saw my joy division shirt and said she loves the band too

that was one of the best moment in my life (fyi ive only met 2 goths in my country and she was one of them)  

this bracelet is also thrifted! it's a bit too big for my wrist but i like nin so it's fine for me

i definitely have to show this flag this is one of the best thing i bought in my life

alright the next is my crafting stuff 

buttons i made! i still have a lot of bottle caps and idk what to do with them lol

i put on some of them but idk they r kinda drooping i guess it's bec of the cloth

rings i made with wire

i rlly need to get some sandpaper cuz some of them literally cut my fingers

belt chain or idk what's this called

it took me like half a year to collect enough amount of soda tabs to make this

after finishing this collecting soda tabs became my habit or sth i guess

bracelet i made like a few days ago

i finally got some studs so i could made this thing that i've been wanted to make

as a beginner of sewing i think this is not bad as a start?

one of my goal is to make a picnic bag like this so i def need more practice

i guess some of the pieces in my sketchbook count as crafting but i'll show them in the next blog entry cuz i just found that i might put too much stuff now

idk if i miss something but these are what i've spend money and time on apart from studying

im not good at writing but this is kinda fun i should do this more often

i also want to listen to more good band and craft more stuff when im still a high school student. i want to cherish my free time for now instead of just scrolling on my phone or something, im not sure if i would have time to do these when im in college, i hope i would
