Ao3 Fics I've Read This Week (21)

Hello everyone!! This is my first post and I'm not exactly sure how this app works, but here are some fanfics I've read this past week. I've actually have just gotten back into them after a looooong hiatus, so I'm excited to share. I can't copy and paste, so I had to write it word for word from my notes app </3

Summary: This is where House and Cuddy are dating and it shows how he gets closer to Rachel. No spoilers, except Rachel ofc. Cuddy/House

I really like this one. Before recently, I had only ever read anime (bnha) fics, so I'm happy that I got to venture into other fandoms. I thought this was super cute story and it was also pretty short, too. If you enjoy 5+1, you'll like this.

2. The Private Life of Gregory House—superangsty

Chapters: 1/1 Words: 14,149

Summary: House and Wilson are married, yet no one knows. Another 5+1, where at the end, House's team finally realizes. House/Wilson

I thought this fic was great in characterizing House while making his character slightly lighter. He has this dry, almost cynical sense of humor that I think the author captured well.

3. it's only s/x—banewinchester

Chapters: 1/1 Words: 13,402

Summary: A character study about an asexual Bakugou and his experiences that lead to him getting with Kirishima. Bakugou/Kirishima Bakugou/people he met at a club 

I think this one took me about 20-30ish minutes to read. Also, it's not graphic at all. (No smut!!) The writing was actually so good. It made me a bit jealous; I hope to write like that someday.

4. Kiss Me Too, Won't You?—Jumpingjedirose

Chapters: 1/1 Words: 6,105

Summary: Todoroki, Midoriya, and Bakugou are in a poly relationship... except Todoroki doesn't know. Bakugou/Todoroki/Midoriya

I thought this was really funny. The way the author writes a clueless Todoroki had me smiling to myself in the middle of class despite not usually reading fics with him in it. 10/10 for sure.

Summary: "In which Katsuki grieves the only way he knows how. With rage and double texting." When Midoriya goes missing, Bakugou texts him daily. Angsty w/ a happy ending. Bakugou/Midoriya

It's formatted in this texting style (does that make sense?) and I'm weak for any type of internet/social media story. While I did like how it started out, I'll be honest: I skimmed through the last (3) chapters. I'm hesitant to mark it a dnf cause I technically finished. I wouldn't reread, but if you're on the fence, reading the first chapter wouldn't hurt.
