Why I Deleted TikTok
- My jealousy issues came back-- and came back not as in I recovered from the jealousy issues but got struck with it again, as in I still had them, but it was less overbearing than before.
- "What's with these bitches sending love to him and not me?" "Do I mean nothing to him anymore?" are all questions that I asked to myself while viewing these comments, absolutely shocked that he gets love from others, and not only me. I know it sounds stupid, but that really is the reason.
- It was useless to me. I wasn't addicted to it or anything, I used it quite sparingly. But, I never had any motivation to post. I only reposted videos and slideshows. It also took up too much storage. I should've went out with a bang, if I'm honest, and expose the "incident" to the entire TikTok platform.
TikTok Itself
- Let's address the elephant in the room: it's toxic. It's mean, overbearing, and each one of it's users has been diluted by thinking they're so almighty to talk down on others.
- But, let's have some positivity. Yeah, it's funny. It's entertaining. Sadly, the toxicity covers that positivity as if it were an eclipse, only showing you the dark side of things.
- It's a modern social media, of course it's gonna be like this, if I'm honest. Nearly anything has a bad side to them. Hopefully TikTok users stop reflecting on their actions but not do anything to change that.

Bullying is so damn normalized on there it’s actually sad, if you don’t fit people’s beauty standards to a t you’re basically going to put in a humiliation ritual for no real reason

Omg real, you're gonna be a laughing stock if you don't fit the beauty standards
