Thought I was seeing things

In the middle of making my blog suddenly the image that I inserted started changing to different bright colors and I think huh must be something with the code. However I check the blog after I publish it and I don't see any flashing colors in the image. I thought I was going crazy but turns out when it was flashing colors I was on the app. When I checked and there was no flashing I was on the website. So just for some reason I can't see the flashing colors on the website lol. So glad I thought I was starting to see things.
