Unreal Engine V.5.4.4. (Last resort for help)

So I have a problem with Unreal engine, and I have tried anything that I could think of in order to fix it, to no avail.

I have a problem with one project specifically, not the engine itself. I'm gonna try my best to explain my issue.

So, basically for school we are currently doing a "practice project", where we import our own Blender models (both the models and textures).

(The texture was given by the teacher, we all have the same ones and we all have the same model of laptop, which overall can handle Unreal Engine)

We were supposed to export the blender files as .fbx files, import it into the engine, delete the pre-set texture since it only automatically imported the Color map and normal map.

Then we were supposed to manually import the color map, normal map, metalness/roughness map and AO map.

This is were my unreal started to lag like crazy and freeze crash, and crashing my pc with it at times. I mostly force restarted my pc via the power button in order to get my pc flowing again.

I have deleted and remade the project from scratch about 3-4 times, always the same issue (sometimes i managed to make a new material and get into the editor for it but that's as far as it would let me).

So clearly it seems to be the textures? Even tho we all use the same one, somehow only i seem to have this problem. Is it my blender exports? I followed my teachers guide to the minimal details..

I tried: uninstalling and reinstalling, redoing the project, updating the graphic drivers, setting the quality to low, asking our IT support (he suggested a hard reset of the PC which i will not do because clearly it's not a full unreal issue) and screaming into a pillow out of sheer frustration.

Note: my friend send me her project to see if i could run hers, and hers works smoothly! No issues, no lag, no crashes! Nothing!

If you have ANY ideas on what it could possibly be, no matter how simple of stupid they sound like, PLEASE let me know. It's driving me insane and I don't wanna risk having these issues for our upcoming important project that involves remastering a whole video game level.

Any advice is greatly appriciated and if you have any context questions then i am more than happy to answer.

Well it works now again, i asked one of my other teachers about it. I still don't know what the exact issue was but it was probably the files names?? Which is insane lmao
