I can respect any and all forms of architecture, no matter the flaws. But brutalist Architecture I have a burning HATRED for. It just looks so lifeless and gray, I hate it. >:[

this is really weird but i have a love hate relationship with brutalistic architecture, like i really don't like the idea of it (it's very boring, grey, concrete and souless) but in some cases it looks kind of appealing to me?? it's hard to explain.
I guess its where the buildings are really detailed or if there's like pops of colour on them or in the environment so the silhouette is still the same but different, it can look a bit nicer like the examples here?

i hope i'm making sense.
The last two images I can kind of see how some people could like the style its going for, going with the right colors on the outside definitely helps hide the soullessness as I saw in those 2nd and 3rd images, but I don't think that 2nd image really counts considering it's what most people, myself included, don't view brutalist architecture as. Your argument did make sense to me though, in the right circumstances it looks nice but in most it looks gray and concrete.
