Word of advice:

When the sign is flashing at you that there’s water on the road, unless you’re jacked, DON’T DO IT. Also, a CEL or a SES light is bad news. A FLASHING CEL or SES is srs bsns and you should pull over and pray to whoever that turning it off and on again works. 

TL;DR - I’m a dumbass and almost flooded my engine thinking I was high enough above the water.
