ground beef stew aka "garbage"

"Garbage" technically a stew 

  • ground beef (a pound)
  • green beans (just a bag)
  • one bellpepper
  • two carrots 
  • two cans of mushrooms 
  • two cans of cream of mushroom
put everything into a cast iron skillet and turn it on high, flip it constantly till the meat is done.

seasonings

  • garlic salt
  • pepper 
  • sage 
  • minced garlic 
  • rubbed sage
