I've actually visited the first two this morning with the waynack mahine!!! I recommend also checking out the old Tamagotchi site :-) it's really nice!
Also recommend the Nintendo japan site! Before the 2010s it was quite different from the international one!

I have one!! As a kid i was looking st cachemonet.com for hours. It was catchy and had old-ish web elements!
for some reason, things have trouble loading on there for me. what browser do you recommend / is there a remake somewhere?
