It just doesn't really execute anything well, as well as being pretty bland. The metal and pop elements of the song are not done well despite being pretty plain, and they do not do a good job at blending those sounds. Also, I find the vocals are way way way over tuned to the point it just sounds weird to me.

the vinyl mix was better than the YouTube/Spotify mix. it was less pitchy and less tuned. it sounds different on different media.
