stupid car not eating anything

1 week ago, I noticed a car was following me when I was omw to my home. She (I couldn't confirm the sex, but I think it's a she) was meowing at me a lot, so I thought she was hungry. Now, my dumb ass for thought it could only eat biscuits for some reason, so I gave her two biscuits and went inside my house, thinking the cat would either eat them or just go away.

Two days later, I saw the same cat ON A 20-FOOT-TALL TREE AND SHE JUST JUMPED!!? What?! Can cats be suicidal? What did I just see?? Anyway, she broke one of her arms after that. Sad, I know. I had some leftovers and thought it'd be nice to give them to her, but she ran away :(

 After 4-ish days later the car started to live at the top of our house... she isn't eating anything at all, she just meows everytime and looks at us with those big eyes. My mom and I don't know what to do. We definitely can't keep her as a pet since my mom dislikes cars. What should we do? Why is the car acting like this? Is she stupid? Suicidal? Depressed?
