My first ever weekly entry!

What Happened This Week?

It was my first week being home from college, and I've been kept busy nearly the whole week. Two trips across state lines to see family and go to the boardwalk, which were good, for the most part, both ended in dad getting all moody and making the ride back awkward though. What can ya do? (Bring headphones and zone out ☝️) 

In my scant free time, I re-arranged my room, the layout actually makes sense now. I put up my CD player my mom salvaged from work. I also went on a bike trip with my sister, just downtown. We bought sandwiches at the convenience store and did some train watching. I think we were both thankful to get out of the house lol. Weather was beautiful.

This summer I'm trying to cut down my social media usage and interact with others more, and I think I'm doing pretty well so far. Even my Youtube usage, which is something I struggled with before is at only an hour a day at most. The UnTrap and LeechBlock extensions are lifesavers... 

Even so, some people think I'm not doing enough things this summer... It's been a week, Dad, and a busy one at that... so SHUT UP FOR ONCE! Whatever, I can never please him no matter how hard I work. If I went out and won a Nobel Prize, he'd tell me the nomination is run by the liberals and it doesn't mean anything, so I'll just work on making myself happy! Gotta fish on!
