Re occurring nightmare I have

Less of an exact reoccurring nightmare and more of a reoccurring scenario. TW description of accidental violent act to a family member, and slight body horror? I dunno, these dreams are weird. This is a semi lucid dream I have where I can make decisions but I’m not aware I am dreaming. Ive come to call it “fear rooms” after having this dream for years and figuring out what happens. Basically I am forced to experience horror within my comprehension, like simulations of terrifying things one after another all leading to each other like I’m walking through rooms. And I am usually baited with a normal situation that turns genuinely shocking and horrific. For example one of the “rooms” I was walking through a semi dim hallway looking for a bathroom when I found one, and when I went in standing facing away from me was a tall very tight skinned monster which turned to me when I entered. It’s eyes and mouth where big and empty, I don’t remember how I got to the next room but I remember I was being hunted. Which is also a big theme along with body horror and sickness. All of the “rooms” are incredibly vivid and I can remember most of them. A common theme in them is I think I’ve found another person also trapped here only to find out it is not actually human, and they want to harm me, they usually end up chasing me. Sometimes these are family or friends, and sometimes they are random. Recently there was an element that’s never happened before. The dream “ended” and I “woke up” in exactly my house, nothing was different, and I thought I had actually woke up. I went downstairs and talked to my mom, I ate, did normal day activities and then went to bed. I then “woke up” again and went downstairs, I again talked to my mom and after a moment realized that this was not actually my mother, and I was still in the simulation. We had an altercation, and she grew boils on her face, she came after me and I had to defend myself from her which ended in me accidentally ending her life. There was another much more emotional thing that happened after that with her boyfriend that I won’t describe, and I don’t remember what happened after that. Though I had some other dreams after it that where perfectly normal. Excluding the last part because that usually isint included, does anyone else have a similar dream to this? I’m not sure why I have these dreams or why I have them reoccurring. It’s always very realistic and while I have it I’m not aware I’m dreaming, and after I have them I am usually very out of it for a bit the next day.
