I dislike my teammates

So I found an idv team for rank through tiktok. I did it together with a friend because we wanted to have a team we could regularly play with, practice together with and hopefully play in tournaments later on. However, I think we should have put some more rules into place.

First of all, my friend and I started disliking one of our teammate's behavior. They would frequently get mad at the game when one of us would make a mistake, but not when they do the same. I personally don't have an issue with mistakes since they're natural and we'll learn from them, however, raging at the game in a team setting just creates a negative atmosphere. Especially since they can get extremely toxic towards the opponents even when they don't say or do anything. Simply winning the game could get them toxic comments from our teammate.

Second, if they die early, they will stop helping and talking to the rest of the team. The rest of us spectate and try to provide information while they just go silent and leave until the match is over. Sometimes, they even ask the rest of the team to surrender if they died and the game is lost. I don't agree with this because even if the game is lost, you can still get rank points if you play until the end. Also, why would I surrender just because they died? Their excuse is that "we're just wasting time" and that the rank points don't matter that much. I found this to be very rude because why would I surrender just because you died? When we play as a team we play for everybody, and me staying in the match is possibly giving you points too.

Third, they always seem to praise themselves when they do something right in the match. If we win, for example, they'll seek praise from the other team members on how good they did and how they saved the match. They'll never say anything good about the others, even if I or my friend try to say "Good job team" or smth like that. And it just comes off as rude to not aknowledge your teammates. I don't have a problem with giving props if you do good, but being like "we won just because of me" is a little too much.

Now, the other thing is nobody in the team, except for my friend and I, ever says when they can or can't play. Rank isn't always open in this game, only for a few hours every day, and I need to know who can or can't play. You can't just leave my message on seen and not say anything if I asked you a question. Especially since we already said we wanted to take ourselves seriously. Both of our teammates do this on a regular basis for unknown reasons.

Next, it is those exact teammates who think they have a say in who enters the team. All of us are adults, but we get a lot of applications from minors, which is kind of annoying. However, it's not their fault if they got confused while reading the requirements and we just tell them they're too young to join. But I find it kinda weird that our teammates seem to make fun of these kids just bcs they act a little cringey. Like yeah they're a child and we've all been there, can you not have a little more understanding? Also you're all 20-21 years old you know better than to make fun of teenagers. They didn't even do anything wrong they just got confused about the requirements. Also the way one of them said "That won't help him get into the team" because some random kid started saying random stuff. Like girl I'm so close to kicking you out. You don't even have enough respect to respond to a single message. Like the only reason they won't get in is because they're underage, if they weren't you'd be out of here yesterday. Like you're not even active stfu.

But yeah sry this was kind of a rant but I don't know what to do they're pissing me off but idk how to tell them that
