im like on a hiatus from being a person

i have been dead for so long

i am scared that i might be dead for the rest of my life. 

something simply has to change but i dont know if i have the ability to do it and it feels like the universe has set up my life in such a way that ends in tragedy and regret and theres nothing i can do about it
