fun things to do with oc's

Sometimes you have the energy to do something fun with your oc's but not necessarily have the energy to do what you usually do (in my case, this is drawing!) so I thought I'd make a fun little list of different creative-leaning activities you can do with/in spirit of your oc's!

- listen to music they like, especially in a genre that's not your taste (ex: I have an oc who likes country, so I try to find country songs that I think they would like <3) you can make this into a playlist, or just allow yourself to float around the internet, listening to music as you go :0)

- make bracelets in colors that remind you of them! (could be their hair/eye/clothes color, or colors that you associate with their energy!

- make a scrapbook page dedicated to them! Can be digital like a Pinterest board, or try and challenge yourself by making a physical page! Extra points if it's mixed-media- photos, stickers, ribbons-the works!

- write a blog post in the voice of your oc! Crack open that document and start fake-blogging ( what status updates would they have? are they the type to change their relationship status every other week? What do they talk about? Their problems? Their aspirations? What they had for lunch?

- write a text exchange between two of your oc's! Okay, this is sorta similar to the above, but now you need at least 2 oc's! What are they doing? Gossiping? Trying to Schedule a hangout? Sleepover? How do they type? Does one use a ton of emojis? does another Capitalize Everything For No Reason. Maybe a third person in the group chat uses oddly perfect grammar- another has the worst typos on the planet! Just really allow yourself to sink into their 'voices' !
