I LOVE KINITOPET!!!!

My strawpage! (I put a lot of effort in this thing I want people to see it ok?!!!) (also its super duper kinito coded so it works)

KinitoPET is a super cool psychological horror game that was made by a 17 year old!! Did you know that? Troy_en was seriously only 17 when making his masterpiece of a game and even made it a fun ARG you have to put together yourself. (And here I am at 16 playing minecraft lol...) Did you know that the webworld was actually coded into a real website? I'm not sure if its actually playable though, I'll check when i'm done typing here, but that is just so cool :3 Anyways, if you don't know, Kinitopet is all about this little desktop pet that wants to be your friend!! spoiler warning: his creator, Sonny Chamberlain, made it so Kinito will do ANYTHING to be your friend, and collect data on you. That, mixed with a very strained moral compass, makes Kinito go a bit haywire at times, throwing jumpscares at you to see your reaction. Though, some jumpscares (like, two, as far as I know) are from Sonny himself inside Kinito's code!!! Crazy crazy story with this one, Sonny created Kinito, and while all that development was happening, Kinito was secretly collecting information about him and storing that in the back of his code. Eventually, Sonny realized Kinito was a monster of his own making, and killed himself. BUT! He came "back to life," or gained a consciousness, through all that data Kinito got on him. ISN'T THAT SO COOL!!!! Sorry, anyways Sonny slowly realized what he was an it mentally destroyed him. He couldn't even tell if he was real or not. So, his main purpose throughout the game is to be the one trying to help you beat Kinito. He sends you secret emails, messages you have to decode, and secret files you have to find through the game to let you kill Kinito. Ultimately killing everyone Kinito has sucked into his code, and himself, in the process. which is just so crazy to watch and think about. When I first finished the bliss ending I cried for so long. It's so SAD because Kinito was coded to become the way he is. He genuinely wants to be a friend to us, but can't because he'll never be able to understand how complex human emotions are. Gosh it is so much to think about and it stays in my mind 24/7. I love the story of Kinitopet and I will 100% be expanding on more things in future blogs, but right now I REALLY want to try to play the webworld website... hehe.
