who see these women on TikTok or Instagram, influencing the idea of being a housewife that spends her day cooking hot meals, baking sugary cookies and taking care of kids in an aesthetic kitchen, with a rich husband who funds all that. I know it seems dreamy, not having to wake up everyday in the morning to go to a hard job, just staying home, while that billionaire husband just showers you with money. But please please please don't fall into this trap.

Life is harder than what these people picture it. they show you the good side with being a housewife, as if it's the dream, the fate you wish for, they don't show you the struggles, the real meaning of being a stay at home wife, behind all these cottage aesthetic videos. women in old times had no value, they were forced into marriage, silence, ignorance, and they can't even think about divorce, because they're FINANCIALLY DEPENDENT ON HER HUSBANDS. But in this day and age, you're free to study, achieve, choose to stay or leave, when you get married, your husband won't dare to hurt you, because he knows you're strong, and you can leave him with a snap of a finger, don't throw all that away and allow someone to take full control over you. I'm not saying you can't choose to be a housewife, if that's your dream, and you're truly happy, that's valid too! But make sure it's your choice. Make sure you have your own strength, your own skills, your own source of income, because even if your husband is truly committed into providing for you, the future is unknown, bad things could happen and people could be lost.

It's crucial that you continue your academic path, go to college, and of course, have all the "single girl" fun you can have, because even if you marry a billionaire, you would never be able to do everything a single girl can. Experience new things, learn, travel, so when you finally decide to settle in and get married, you feel satisfied with yourself, and able to raise your future children with no stress or remorse.
