Literally Alex G is a genius because he captures the essence of a depressed teenager who also is being crushed by the heavy weight of nostalgia so well in a way that ive never seen any other artist do. I didnt really get the alex g craze a few years ago but i think now ive become the his exact target audience and im actually tweaking out. Literally i can see my exact situation in so many songs its kinda freaky. his music is the kind that you just need to listen to in a dark room with headphones on and cry your eyes out to. If you never have while your sitting in the back of a loud car at night, put your headphones on and look out the window, literally trust its a spiritual experience.
