Since my finals are over i'm trying to get back to the gym/working out in general. Me and my friend share a gym subscription and we try to go there two times a week.
tbh, i reallyyyy like working out at home too :D It's different though, mainly on the equipement i got...
Before one my brothers moved out to Canada he gave me a screwable barbell. So it's a barbell and TWO dumbbells in one. It's plastic weights tho... like i said, different feelings, but it's quite useful to have that thing with me. Problem is i lost one of the locks so i have to make-do with only one dumbbell :'D
Right now i'm doing quite well with 6kg weights for almost any exercises. I know some exercises may require more weights than other, so i'll definitely look into that.
