New Focuses

Since finishing my public examinations, I've been pretty much rotting away in my room either playing Minecraft or using my phone, which in itself aren't that bad, but I'd also like to be doing something more productive in the time being.

I've decided to pick up reading again, and I'll try reading multiple books at once to combat my relatively short attention span. Not only that, I'd like to work on my own stories on my own time other than only coding. I think a fun thing to do will be noting down all my favourite story tropes and applying them to the stories I'm making. Hopefully that'll enhance both my stories and can also be a form of self-reflection for me, see what things I really like in literature.

I'm also trying to limit my social media usage—it's quite difficult, and quite embarrassing to admit, but I think talking to myself on this blog will help the itch by screaming into the void. I wish it were easier to delete all my socials, but it'll be so difficult to contact my friends... </3
