la dispute, knumears, mewithoutyou, an evening at elmwood, frail hands, temple of the dog, snow whites poison bite, tokio hotel, and palaye royale are all good :33
also u should check out mcrs solo stuff they are rlly good too !! (pencey prep, gerards solo stuff, franks solo stuff, frnkiero and the cellabration, etc)

While I don't know if these guys would be your jam, but for metal, Orbit Culture is definitely flying under everyone's radar. Samurai Pizza Cats is another one of my faves. They're style is weird, and I like weird. I'm not quite sure if these are considered "underground", but I haven't seen anyone on here have them in their music section.

Seeing as you like MCR, I’d say you should check out I Met a Yeti. They make similar music but with more of a hardcore influence.
Their song “Cherry Blossom” is one of my favorite songs ever!
