007n7 is the biggest outcast (two time is the 2nd) in the entire game cus his lore is SO SAD
So first of all he was a hacker, who retired when he found c00lkidd. Then dealt with c00lkidd hacking stuff Which also lead to Elliot hating him. His old milestones made him look like he was looking in the other direction when c00lkidd was hacking stuff, but in the new ones it shows how he got blacklisted and c00lkidd also going missing and him looking angry.
It's confirmed that after 007n7 found out c00lkidd was missing, he shot himself. Imagine being a retired hacker and everyone already hating you, to losing the one thing in your life that made you happy.
It doesn't even stop there, it gets worse when he gets forsaken, basically bringing him back from the dead to suffer through more hell. It gets even WORSE when he finds c00lkidd, and EVEN WORSE when he finds out c00lkidd is killing people, and him. C00lkidd doesn't even know what he's doing, specter made him think he's playing tag so he straight up has pyrovision and doesn't know everyone who's napping is dead.
When c00lkidd kills 007n7 in his milestone 4, he HUGS HIM and 007n7 tries to hug him back, but the c00lgui appeared and burned him, leaving c00lkidd to carefully drop his body on the ground. Notice how when c00lkidd kills others in his milestone 3 and 4, he presses the gui to burn them (or in his vision put him to sleep?), but when he gets 007, it just pops up and automatically activates. C00lkidd even looks surprised that that happened too
So being blacklisted, hated by everyone, your kid going missing, you commiting suicide then suddenly coming back to life, then finally see your kid but he unknowingly murdering people, and getting killed by your own son.
THIS IS SO SAD WHAT THE HELL

his lore hits even harder if u've ever been depressed and suicidal. like imagine feeling so awful, that the only way out that u see is suicide and after doing it, not only are u alive, but also tortured with all of ur past mistakes. AHAHSHAHSGAGSHAS THIS FANDOM IS HELL, but the angst is so yummy

I just played that game for the first time and it's really cool didn't know they had lore tho. only really played to get the Joe tazuna skin and got him yay yay
