Hi y'all, recently the Chromakopia Tour finally came to my country and I managed to get tickets HAHA
It was one of the best shows I've ever seen so I really wanted to share some of it.
So after taking like 7 hours driving & waiting in the heat to get inside the venue I could finally rest on the floor for a moment. But then I wanted to get something to drink and damn the venue charged 4,50€ for a cup of water. In this economy?? BFFR you greedy mfs
One thing I thought was really cool is that there were many people of different age groups in the crowd. You had teenagers, people in their 20s, 30s, 50s, even 60s and no they were not just parents, some were actual fans, wearing merch and vibing.
The show finally started with Paris, Texas. I had only heard of them before and never really listened to their music but they really made me a fan within 20 minutes on stage. Then came Yachty, he was amazing as well although I don't really get why he didn't perform first when his songs were way more slow and melodic. Either way I really enjoyed their sets, would recommend
Then finally the main show started and the moment Tyler came out was euphoric af. The whole venue was chanting and the moment the beat dropped- AHHH! Anyway, lots of people held up their cell phones to film though which ok, I get it, but imo it takes away from the concert experience, especially if you're filming the whole set. Taking a few short videos and photos should be enough. Later on Tyler threw dollars into the crowd while he went over a bridge to get to the second stage lol
The moment he took the mask off and switched into regular clothes was so cool but dude was sweating like crazy. Going through his past albums I was a bit sad that he didn't spent too much time on Igor Goblin.
The last part of the show took place back on the main stage and I was in my EMOTIONS. Especially with Like Him. Things ended how they started, with the Chromakopia chant.
I'm so grateful for the guys art. One of the best performers of our time
Anyways, here are some photos:
