Birds

Visiting storks flap fastly by

Gifts from a gone lover

You dance freely with them

     limbs flowing with the wind

You jump and skip, soaring through the air

like a murmuration of starlings

Each hop along the pine branches

and skip on the old oaks

brings you closer

Back to the nights of Choral symphony

And laughs until morns doorstep

You say the birds will be back soon

Always past noon

They sing little love songs

 Just for you

Slowly singing you back again
