Being catfished to buy switch online is a new one for me. I suggest find people locally to play with instead or play games online on PC. It's not like the best experiences are on Nintendo systems anyway when games like Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers exists. Anyway, Ring Racers is perfect if you have even a cheap PC and are willing to learn a bit.
The problem is that my PC crashes even in Undertale;-;

That is pretty weird. Check your task manager to see if any of your hardware is peaking or something. There are probably some other stuff you can search as well. Even searching "why is Undertale crashing" could give you a lead.
Ring Racers should be able to run on any system with enough RAM and a good enough CPU because it has software graphics that don't need a GPU. Try it out on your system anyway. If even that game struggles, then your PC might be out of support or the hardware or your storage drives are starting to die.
Ultimately if you can't seem to get anything going, there is always the option of investing into SteamOS handhelds or even just the Steam Deck. Even if the Steam Deck is getting older, it should work fine due to having long term support until either a second Steam Deck comes out or steam goes full on into 3rd party SteamOS hardware.
