My honest opinion about the Session Skate Sim

First off, W Controls (if you ain’t trash)

The controls? Fire. Yeah, there is a learning curve, but once you get it down, it makes so much sense. Every trick feels earned, and I respect that, I can even say that it kind of similar to skating in real life, and by that I mean that if you want to do a kick flip you flick the board with your front foot and in session mechanics you flick using an analog, same with pop shove where you scoop it. People crying about the controls honestly just have a skill issue, like sorry bro, it’s not the game's fault you can't play.

Physics & Graphics? Not Bad, Not God Tier

Physics feel mostly good. Sometimes the game bugs out, clips your feet through the board, or decides you’re gonna eat shit for no reason, but like... what skate game doesn’t? Still better than a lot of other ones.

This World Feels DEAD Dead

Bro why is the map so quiet? Like even when you turn on NPCs, it still feels like you’re skating in a post-apocalyptic city where everyone dipped. No other skaters, no cars, no sounds, just you and some half-blind NPCs walking into walls. I honestly just turn them off because they don’t even act like real humans lmao. It makes the game feel super empty and lonely

Also, Why So Damn Expensive??

Look, I’ve supported this game, but at this point it costs way too much for what you get. Still buggy, still lacking stuff, and instead of fixing the core game they dropped more paid DLC. Like ??? I love y’all indie devs, but session devs that move was mad shady. Feels like they just tryna squeeze some cash out before dipping. Please prove me wrong.

Real Talk… I’d Rather Play Skate 2 or Tony Hawk American Wasteland

This part gonna hurt but it’s facts: sometimes I just turn this game off and go back to my PS3 or even PS2. Skate 2, Skate 3, THAW they just feel more fun. Sure, they don’t have ultra-realistic controls, but they got heart. Session is like that one super talented dude at the party who can do every yap to everyone but is boring to talk 'cause there’s no vibe, and have no idea how to be social. And by that I mean those guys that are social but are awkard because they don't know how to be social I hope you know what I mean

And yes I am testing new styles of writing so don't mind if my other blogs will be different because I am just looking for my style :)
