Squeaky Official Lore Post 🎀 (TW)

Basically his mom died due to complications when giving birth so him so his bio dad (Noah) killed himself a few months later due to depression. He left Squeaky with Noah's best friend Gabriel who doesn't like little kids because thinks they're "gross and dirty" and he ESPECIALLY doesn't like Squeaky because he blames this literal infant for "killing" his best friend and friend.

This treatment causes Squeaky to become obsessed with being clean and sanitary in order to please his adoptive father despite Gabriel literally not caring about him in the first place. He even went as far as to bleach his hair after several comments regarding Squeaky having "Noah's beautiful brown curls" and refusing to eat certain messy/"dirty" foods. Squeaky would constantly clean himself and use way too much chemical product until his skin burned and he couldn't bear it anymore.

After the alien invasion happens, Squeaky and Gabriel along with 3 other humans get special attention in the human farm since their preserving pods got destroyed. Of course, the only food available was human meat, which was a food Squeaky deemed "unclean" and thus refused to eat. Gabriel tried to force feed him, but it was no use as he just threw it up later.

One thing led to another, and constant starvation led to Squeaky becoming incredibly small and weak, especially for a young child his age. He wasn't old enough to realize he was dying and kept whining he was "cold", even though he was only shivering from weakness and fear and his body temp was only a little less than average.

Leaning into Gabriel lore here, but one of the alien owners of the human farm was some kind of moon God Gabriel's religion worshipped, and he was informed a few days before Squeaky passed there was no "eternal paradise" after death which made his reaction to Squeaky getting weaker even worse.

Gabriel was devastated about losing the last part of Noah he still had, and tried his hardest to comfort Squeaky and beg him to eat. But it was too little too late and he couldn't do much but reassure Squeaky he was allowed to take a nap, and when he woke up he could eat all his "safe foods". 😛
