I am studying to be a programmer 1st year, of course I have little skills and knowledge of programming languages, and in the summer I am required to seek practice in the company. On May 27th I have to work somewhere, and while I'm going through a training internship (I'm already bored). the difficulty to find an internship, because IT companies ask for higher education!!! and already higher skills than I know. wtf, why should we make it so difficult in the first year. and after the training I immediately go to work somewhere and somewhere in the middle of the month I still have an exam (are you serious). plus I work and I need to combine this internship with my main job. I'm sick of everything.
I honestly don't understand why they do it. if they mostly hire us to carry paper and sort out documents (it's nothing to do with my profession), then you also have to write your own record of what you're doing and do your assignments from the college.
