I don't get how some people have special privileges just because they're disabled.
I mean, some people get bullied for being disabled, and tough luck, but some people are real assholes about it when they find that with being "special" comes the advantages.
The teacher put up some videos in class, and we were watching them. When a video with a black person came up, this autistic kid in my class yelled, "It's a monkey!"(and he knew what he was saying). Keep in mind there are some black kids in class.
But did the teachers give a shit? Hell no.
They acted like they didn't even hear him, even though he shouted it loud enough to wake the dead.
Some kids spoke up, saying how what he said was racist, but he didn't care. I mean, if he didn't know it was racist, he wouldn't have said it, would he?
It's just so unfair.
(update note: To all the people who get bullied for having disabilities, I genuinely am sorry you do. It's just wrong for you guys to go through stuff like that, and I hope it gets better for y'all! )
