ADVICE FOR A NEW GYARUO!!!

haiii it's totally all in the title but hey hey i wanna get into gyaru/gyaruo.

so first of all i just want any tips/advice... i think the look im going for is called amekaji gyaruo?

and also id like to meet other gals (i dont know if there is a masculine counterpart to that) and anyone willing to help me get into the subculture ha ha please help please be my friend <3
