Don't rush yourself! Go at your own pace, it's not really a race 

As someone who left a bad environment when I had the option, I recommend taking the chance for new scenery or being authentically yourself in heart in spite of those around you.

Don't depend on NOBODYYYY, especially a romantic relationship. Ultimately everything is temporary, that doesn't mean keep those you love at an arms length, but your view on the world, yourself, and others shouldn't be altered because of a loss.

(This one especially for my girls, STAND UPPP, YOU'RE THE EMBODIMENT OF CREATION AND NEW LIFE)

There are many ways to find self control or peace, inflicting pain for temporary relief is not the way.

This is something I'm trying to learn still. Change is definitely scary, but growth is good and sometimes parts of you have to be discarded in order to renew into something better! 🌱
