I must become stronger. I must exude confidence and wisdom in my behavior. For too long I hath despared my servile attitudes, my formal pleasantries, my stubborn politeness. It is like a shield I put up to protect myself, but it is not defense I need, but offense! I must find a way to reach for what I want, and take it as if it were mine all along. Indeed, I seek those with strength, those whose eyes call out an empyrean challenge... Only, in truth, when I encounter one such bold being, I find myself cowering behind my diplomacy! Where is my strength? Where is my valor? I want to stand and look someone in the eye, not as a subordinate, not as a commandant, but as an equal...
Believe me for I hath it in me. I believe in my heart of hearts that I possess the strength to stand as an equal to those who decide they art above the rest. I shall not be look'd down upon! I shall prove myself!

I believe, strong warrior, and I rejoice in my faith placed within your carapace. You will soar far beyond the confines of this subjective mortal tomfoolery.
I shall hold your encouragements to heart.

Achieving the kind of strength, valor, and equality you seek, is not simply a matter of individual willpower or shedding personal habits. It is intrinsically linked to the broader social and political struggle against existing forms of oppression and hierarchy. Real change, particularly revolutionary change, requires moving beyond individual, spontaneous reactions or "amateurism". Instead, it necessitates the development of a conscious, organized force capable of understanding and acting upon the fundamental contradictions of society and challenging the state, which upholds the current relations of power. The strength you feel within may be the potential for this kind of conscious agency, but realizing it fully requires training, organization, and participation in a collective struggle led by dedicated individuals.
