I let go of the handle and let my hand fall quietly. I turned slowly, wrapped myself in my coat and sat down on the stone in front of the entrance. It was a little warmer now than it had been in the morning, the moon shining softly behind the clouds that covered the sky, dipping the surroundings in a black shroud as if it didn't want to disturb the sleeping flowers. I leaned against the door and watched the wind play with the leaves and snow on the trees.
